Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    12 oz. bag butterscotch chips
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    In a large separate bowl, combine sugars, margarine, eggs and water.
    Beat with mixer until creamy; then add first mixture, oats and butterscotch chips.
    Spoon cookie mixture onto greased cookie sheets and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
