Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. canned milk
    1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix well with margarine and 2/3 cup canned milk. Press half the mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup of canned milk and pour over baked cake mixture.
    Over this sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips, then pour remaining cake mixture on top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
