Pasta E Fagioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Dotitini macaroni
    1 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped red pepper
    6 cloves chopped garlic
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans whole tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cannellini beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    In a large pot, heat oil and simmer onions, peppers, celery and garlic, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and seasoning.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add meat, beans and Parmesan cheese.
    Add pasta.
    Heat thoroughly.
