Vegetables In Two Cheese-Beer Sauce - cooking recipe

2 c. broccoli
2 c. cauliflower
1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. beer
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation

In covered 4-quart saucepan over medium heat in 1-inch boiling water, cook broccoli and cauliflower 6 minutes or until tender; drain.
Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan combine soup, beer, cheese and nutmeg.
Over medium heat, heat through, stirring frequently. Arrange vegetables on platter to resemble a head of cauliflower. Pour sauce over vegetables.
