Swedish Yamzette(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper
    2 sticks celery, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. noodles (wide)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Brown onions, celery, carrots and green pepper.
    Cook noodles in salt water; drain.
    Rinse and drain again.
    Mix all together, adding cheese last.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
