Sweet "N" Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler/fryer chickens (2 to 3 1/2 lb. each), cut up
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dish in single layer.
    Combine salad dressing, soup mix and preserves; pour over chicken.
