Carrot With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, thinly sliced (3 c.)
    1 small onion, sliced and separated
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine carrots, onion, water, thyme, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    Microwave at 100% power for 6 to 8 minutes (until carrots are crisp-tender).
    Add margarine; toss.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings; only 62 calories and 1 gram fat.
