Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts
    cooked rice
    Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown pork; add onion and cook until clear.
    Add celery and water.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Make sauce, adding flour, sugar and soy sauce.
    Mix well; add to meat mixture and stir until thick.
    Add bean sprouts and simmer until sprouts are heated through.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top.
