Quick Italian Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. shredded low-moisture Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (7-oz.) jar roasted red peppers
    1/3 c. (1 1/2-oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain well.
    Drain and chop red peppers. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.
