Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated coarse carrots
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, Wesson oil and carrots together.
    Butter and flour 2 layered cake pans.
    Pour batter into cake pan; place in oven for 30 minutes, or until cake is firm.
