Lemony Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup; press remaining mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
