Petey'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut rhubarb
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour, mixed with the sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 egg whites (reserved for meringue)
Preparation

Sprinkle bottom of unbaked pie crust with sugar.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Spread meringue on cool pie. Brown at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
