Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 medium potatoes
salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. flour
3 tsp. margarine
pepper
1 egg

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender and mash. Add salt, pepper, margarine and milk. Add egg and flour to mash potatoes. Place small cakes in greased skillet and cook until brown.
