Mini Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. (up to 20 oz.) frozen Birds Eye New England style vegetables, thawed
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, chili powder and salt.
    Shape into small meatballs.
    Brown in large skillet and drain fat.
    Arrange vegetables in skillet with meatballs.
    Pour sauce over mixture. Cover.
    Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
