Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. margarine
pizza cheese, grated
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, melt margarine.
Stir in other ingredients, except cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle one half package of pizza cheese over top and return to oven until cheese melts.
This makes a large casserole, so you can make two and freeze one.
Add a little milk to the frozen one. Serves 6.
