Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine shortening and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Combine flour and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
    Stir in flavorings.
