Mountain Dew Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. Mountain Dew
    1 or 2 sliced bananas
    1 small can pineapple chunks
    1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 can lemon pie filling
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Make the lemon Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling hot water.
    Then pour in 2 cups of cold Mountain Dew.
    Then pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan and put into the refrigerator.
    When the Jell-O starts to harden, add the sliced bananas, pineapple chunks and miniature marshmallows.
    Then place the Jell-O back in the refrigerator until firm.
    When firm, mix the lemon pie filling and Cool Whip together in a separate bowl.
    Spread this on the Jell-O.
    Then let set for an hour in the refrigerator.
