Workout Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bite-size Shredded Wheat
    1/4 c. low calorie margarine, melted
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    3 c. popcorn (no fat), popped
    1/3 c. salted roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine cereal and nuts in 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine margarine and next 4 ingredients and pour over cereal mixture. Toss to coat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately add popcorn.
    Toss gently to coat; let cool completely.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Yields 5 cups (76 calories per 1/3 cup).
