Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 scant tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. raw apples

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream well eggs, sugar and oil.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
Then add apples, coconut, nuts and vanilla.
Batter will be very stiff.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
