Kascaron - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mochiko
    2 pkg. sweetened coconut
    4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Deep fry at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Drain.
    Roll in sugar or honey. Skewer 3 to a stick.
