Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) sugar-free vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
4 c. strawberries
2 c. water
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine Jell-O, pudding and water. Cook until boiling; cool (will thicken as it cools).
Add strawberries.
Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
