Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Swiss, Monterey or Cheddar cheese
    8 slices bacon, cooked and drained
    1 c. heavy cream with 1/2 c. milk or 1 1/2 c. half and half
    dash of crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Place cheese on bottom of crust.
    Sprinkle bacon over cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
