Yum Yum Coffee Cake(This Cake Is Yummy.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

In a bowl, cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream or buttermilk; mix well.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together, then add to mixture.
Thoroughly mix, then place aside while you make topping.
