Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 Potatoes (Diced)
    1 lb. Bacon
    1 Large Onion (Diced)
    8 oz. Cheese (Grated)
    1 Tbsp. Parsley
    Salt & Pepper
    2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preparation
    1. Fry bacon until crisp in a large pot. Remove bacon & most of the grease, leave about 3-4 Tbsp.
    2. Saute onion in the remaining grease, then add potatoes
    and enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil potatoes
    until tender.
    3. Drain most of water (leave about half of the water).
    Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, salt
