Luscious Lemon Cooler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. whipped toping (divided)
1 c. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, margarine and 1/2 cup nuts.
Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread over cooled crust.
Combine pudding mix, milk and lemon juice.
Beat well.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped cream and chopped nuts.
Chill overnight.
