Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/3 lb. grated cheese
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 oz. green chili
    1/2 c. ham, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Cover bottom of pie shell with Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss or any combination of cheeses. Sprinkle on onion, chili and ham. Beat eggs with milk. Add salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over cheese and meat. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
