Artichoke Mushroom Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) deep pastry shells
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can artichokes, halved
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Gruyere
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook garlic in\toil
and
add artichokes and mushrooms. Line bottom of pie
shell.
Combine
eggs,
cheese, olives and pepper. Pour over vegetables.
Place top crust on pie and cut slits on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
