Molasses Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 full c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. Grandma's molasses
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix as for crumbs with pastry blender the flour, sugar, salt and oleo.
    Set aside full 1/2 cup of crumbs.
    Mix molasses and baking soda in a cup, then put in larger bowl.
    Add to molasses mixture 2 cups boiling water, then add this to dry ingredients. Stir good.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan which is greased and floured.
    Sprinkle with crumbs which were set aside.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
