Little Supper Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour*
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 or 2 large mild onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
    pickles, olives and cheese cubes
Preparation
    Prepare Sausage Topping.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in shortening, water, lemon juice and egg yolk.
    Mix until dough cleans side of bowl; divide into 24 parts. Pat into 3 1/2-inch circles on ungreased baking sheets; prick with fork.
    Bake until light golden 6 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven; leave crusts on baking sheets.
    (Crusts can be baked several hours ahead of time.)
    Reduce oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
