Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt in baking dish.
Beat eggs and stir into sugar mixture.
Add pineapple chunks and juice.
Mix well.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake covered for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven or microwave for 10 to 15 minutes.
Great for brunch.
