Banana Sponge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream, whipped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mash bananas with fork.
    Soak gelatin in water.
    Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
    Cool this mixture; stir in banana pulp. Chill the jelly until it begins to thicken.
    Whip it.
    Fold in beaten egg whites with salt.
    Fold into gelatin.
    Fill sherbet cups or a serving dish.
    Top with whipped cream with vanilla.
