Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    2/3 c. light cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break chocolate into small pieces; mix with sugar, corn syrup, salt and cream.
    Cook until soft ball stage, about 235\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat; add butter without stirring. Allow to cool until lukewarm; add vanilla and beat until thick.
