Oriental Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. shelled, raw shrimp (not too small)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root or 3/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    3 scallions (including green), finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and marinate 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.
    Drain shrimp and reserve marinade.
    Grill 4 to 6 minutes total, basting with marinade.
    Serve with Mr.
    Mustard.
