Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl.
    Mix water, cocoa, shortening and margarine in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and stir until smooth.
    Add to flour-sugar mixture and stir until smooth.
    Add buttermilk, baking soda, salt, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Bake in a greased 11 x 18-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Save saucepan and bowl for frosting.
    Do not wash.
    Leave cake in pan.
