Burrito Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 c. Ro-Tel
    1 c. Ranch Style beans
    6 to 8 flour tortillas or corn chips, crushed
    8 oz. sour cream (optional)
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat with onions and garlic.
    Add next 4 ingredients; mix well and simmer 10 minutes.
    Layer tortillas, sour cream and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Repeat layers and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
