Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, boiled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/8 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash hot potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, onion, butter and salt. Beat until dissolved.
    Add sour cream.
    Beat eggs and add to milk. Add to potatoes and beat well.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight in greased casserole.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
