Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. dried, minced onions
1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. beef lunch meat or small jar dried beef
parsley or celery flakes
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together well.
With wax paper, form mixture into a ball.
Set aside.
Finely chop the beef.
Roll cheese ball in chopped beef, completely covering ball.
Cover well and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with parsley or celery flakes. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
