7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    water
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up or other lemon-lime beverage
Preparation
    Drain pineapple. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup liquid and bring to a boil.
    Pour into blender and add gelatin and cheese.
    Blend on medium speed about 2 minutes.
    Add sugar, vanilla and 7-Up.
    Blend on high speed 1 minute.
    Add pineapple and mix 1 minute on low speed.
    Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator about 5 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
