Seasonal Squash Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butternut squash
    1 lb. acorn squash
    1 lb. pumpkin
    8 oz. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Marsala
Preparation
    Peel, seed and dice squash.
    Blanch in boiling, salted water and chill.
    Melt butter in a large skillet; melt sugar in butter. Add squash and seasonings; saute until tender.
    Deglaze with Marsala; reduce to glaze consistency.
    Serves 10.
