Tab'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 apples, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Cut in butter. Place apples in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Add sugar mixture, coating apples evenly.
    Arrange in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Pour cream over apples carefully.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Serve warm.
