Peanut Oatmeal Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 lb. salted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
3 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Roll into small balls and bake at 425\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
