Charcoal-Grilled Bass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (3 to 6 lb.) bass (large mouth or small mouth)
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Remove head and fins from cleaned bass, and skin the fish. Melt butter or margarine over low heat, stirring in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add Tabasco sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Use this as a baste sauce.
