Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag California blend vegetables
2 c. water
3 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. or more Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Bring water to boil.
Add vegetables.
Return to boil and cook 10 minutes.
Add soup and cheese.
Cook over low heat until hot and blended.
Serve with crusty French bread.
Quick and delicious!
