Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamed oleo or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Flour hands then roll into a long roll about 1 1/2 inches thick.
    Pinch off into small balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
