Hamburger - Harvest Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. flour
    1 pkg. frozen limas, thawed
    1 green pepper, slivered
    1 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine beef, onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Pat into 1-inch layer in a 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
    On top, place in layers, potatoes, flour, corn, limas and then green peppers.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
    For less, cut recipe in half.
