Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kraut
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. pimiento
Preparation

Drain kraut and cut up with scissors.
Mix all ingredients and place in covered bowl.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Keeps indefinitely when refrigerated.
