Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    margarine
    1 lb. sausage
    10 oz. cheese
    6 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of casserole; dot with margarine.
    Brown 1 pound of sausage.
    Drain and sprinkle over bread.
    Sprinkle 2 cups grated cheese over sausage.
    Mix 6 eggs, 1 pint half and half (2 cups) and dash of salt and pepper.
    Pour over cheese.
