Cheeseburger Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, including liquid
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef and onions until beef has lost its pinkness. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and liquid, salt, chili powder and curry powder.
    Stir
    until
    thoroughly
    blended.
    Simmer over moderate heat
    for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot, topping each serving with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
