Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. powdered milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. grated cheese
sesame seed
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Beat egg; add oil, sugar and salt.
Add yeast, dry milk and cheese.
Add flour.
Knead approximately 5 minutes.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Dough will be quite soft.
Form loaf; brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seed (optional).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yield:
One medium loaf.
