Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. dry cake mix (white or yellow)
    5 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces.
    Place in bottom of well-greased 9 x 10-inch or 10 x 12-inch pan.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 34 to 44 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until brown.
